For over a decade, I battled relentless illness, unexplained symptoms, and a frustrating lack of answers—until I was finally diagnosed with Graves’ disease. My doctor told me I’d be on chronic medication for life, that no lifestyle change could alter my results. But if you know me, you know one thing: don’t tell me something can’t be done.

That moment sparked my journey. I spent years learning how to heal through small, sustainable changes—not extremes, not deprivation, just simple, intentional shifts in my routines, nutrition, movement, and mindset. Six years (and one pregnancy) later, my Graves’ disease remains in remission.

At LifeEssens, I bring that same philosophy to my coaching. We focus on Routines & Rituals, Balancing Blood Sugar & Hormones, and Loving Our Bodies through Self-Care & Movement—because health isn’t about restriction, it’s about creating a life that feels good every single day.
